To end 2010, I caught some flu-like symptoms (massive headache, body ache, nausea, and massive tiredness — I don’t think I’ve ever taken so many naps in my life) that kept me away from work for THREE DAYS! I can’t remember the last time I missed that much work for being ill. And believe me, those three days were not fun. I had so much planned during those three days — I was going to post pictures of spending Christmas on my sister’s farm and … and … and … nope, I think that’s about it. Just look through the Christmas photos and post my favorite pics, but illness stopped me.

Due to the 30-day picture challenge (see below for explanation), I will publish more than one post per day! Gasp! The shock! The horror! According to some blog rules or whatever, good bloggers are supposed to publish posts in a certain amount of time. Do readers want to read my thoughts every day? I didn’t think so. Do I want to sit at the computer every day and share my thoughts? Nope. But then readers will get bored or something if the blogger publishes one post per week. Bloggers are supposed to keep the readers coming back for more. I have no idea if I’m doing that or not. I’m just keeping my fingers crossed.

In advance, I apologize for the onslaught of posts you may read in the next couple of days. I’m feeling better, and I have much to share. On a very unrelated note, my spellcheck just highlighted that “apologize” is spelled wrong. I think my spellchecker is wrong. Hmmmmmmmm.

JANUARY: Donate/toss out three pairs of shoes. Too many pairs of shoes lay in my closet. At one point, I’ve worn all of the shoes, but the time has come to reduce my collection. I always have trouble deciding which shoes to keep and which to toss — so at this time, I just need to donate/toss three pairs of shoes.

JANUARY << PART 2 >>: Complete the 30-day picture challenge (in progress).
