CHICAGO DAY 4: The Shedd Aquarium. I was looking forward to this visit all week long, but I was kind of disappointed. Not that I didn't love all aquatic life and animals, but the place didn't really offer too much. But look at the cute and adorable turtle!
I have no idea what this is -- Charlie could probably tell you if you ask him. I think it looks a little sad and lonely.
A giant crab -- I think. I'm pretty sure. I don't really know, but I think it's really pretty. The colors orange and red look good on him. EDITOR'S NOTE: This is a lobster, according to Charlie. I still think it's a crab despite the obvious characteristics of a lobster.
A monkey! Look at the cute little monkey! I have no idea what a monkey is doing in an aquarium, but all I want to do is cuddle with it. It's soooo cute! I need a tiny little monkey!
I asked Charlie what this animals was, but he's too busy to answer me and I'm too lazy to google. I want to say a reptile (iguana? lizard?) of some sort but I'm not sure.
I can see you! I don't think you're blending in with the background too well. I have a harder time finding Waldo.
Penguins! Cute little penguins! I think one of the kids in the audience expected them to start dancing like the penguins in "Happy Feet." I can't decide if it was idiotic or cute.
Once again, no flash photography as the quick lights might harm or freak out the animals. Aren't penguins adorable?
