DAY 1: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

Today is my birthday, and today is the day I begin the “1 Photo A Day for 1 Year” project. Yay?!?!? I thought about posting one photo a day on my blog, but then I immediately didn’t like the idea. Unless the photo is spectacular and absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait to share it, I’m more than likely will have a weekly recap of my daily photos. One post. Seven photos. The more I think about the idea, the more I like it. Yay!

MY DAD’S RECENTLY ADOPTED DOG, SOPHIE. SHE’S SO CUTE AND CUDDLY. I LOVE HER SO MUCH.

During the past few weeks, I have been cleaning and grooming my childhood stuffed animals and dolls that had been stuffed in totes for years because previous residences were too small for me to display them. Not anymore! Welcome home, Joella Jan and Company! After running my stuffed animals and dolls through the delicate/hand wash cycle a few times, I found various areas in the townhouse where my beloved childhood toys could sit.

By the way, when I kick the can, I would like to be buried with Biggle Bear, a stuffed animal that has been with me since I was a toddler. His real name is Big Old Bear, but I couldn’t pronounce his name clearly or correctly and smished Big and Old into Biggle. My sisters, Krissy and Becky, are aware of my request to have Biggle Bear buried with me, but in case either one of them forgets, I’m posting this wish on my blog. Thanks!
